Install on Shopify

1. Install NimiBot from the Shopify App Store and approve the permissions.
2. In your Shopify admin, open Apps → NimiBot and click Enable in theme editor. Turn on the NimiBot app embed and save the theme.
3. Your catalog syncs automatically: products, prices, stock, collections and discounts. Changes in Shopify update NimiBot within minutes.
4. Visit your store and open the chat bubble to try it.

Set it up your way

• Appearance: colors, position, greeting and the assistant's name.
• Brand & policies: import your shipping, returns and FAQ pages so answers match your store.
• Suggestions: choose which add-ons go with which products, and show them as one-click bundles.
• Proactive: show a short message after time on page, on scroll, before a shopper leaves, or for a campaign link.
• Voice: let shoppers talk to the assistant (included in every plan).
• Playground: test answers before shoppers see them.

Your team

When a shopper asks for a person, the conversation moves to your team inbox at teams.nimibot.com. Invite teammates from Team in the app; they sign in with a link or a code, no password. Each teammate sees only the stores they belong to. Type @ in a reply to look up products, and, if you allowed it, the shopper's recent orders.

What NimiBot will never do

• Invent products, prices, discounts, stock levels or urgency. Badges only come from real Shopify data.
• Change a shopper's cart unless they ask. Every change can be undone.
• Take payment. Checkout always happens in Shopify.

For AI agents

AI assistants and shopping agents can use your store through NimiBot's Agent Access Protocol:

Agents can build a cart but never pay: get_checkout_url returns a link for a person to finish checkout. Building carts is available on Growth and up.

Uninstalling

Uninstall from Shopify at any time. Your plan stops and your store's data is deleted, as described in the privacy policy.
